When I called High and Tight someone answered the phone, which was great so I didn’t have to leave a message. I was able to speak to the owner, Blake, and he agreed to come the same day to look at my damaged roof vent and repair it . Two other roofing companies I called before him were unresponsive and dismissed me with a text, one company simply never called me back after making them aware of the damage. Blake performed the repair himself and showed me all the steps he was taking to get the repair done. I appreciate his coming on the same day that I needed help before the forecasted rain, and for keeping his promise to come after hours. It is hard to find people who will answer the phone and keep their commitment as promised. Blake certainly did all of those things. While he was here he did advise that he did not think I needed to replace my roof at this time, but did give me a quote for roof replacement. I was very pleased with the estimate that he gave me. I hope if you should have any roof damage or need roof replacement that you would give Blake a call.

I called Blake at High And Tight Roofing-Blake, and he came out the very next day found the source of the leak and fixed it. When it came time to pay him, he just said no charge. He spent an hour at my house and would not accept any money. He did point out that the screws in my roof where is old as the house which is built in 1994 and a lot of the rubber washers were gone and we’re going to fail, and I was going to have more leaks at some point in the future. He showed me pictures of them. I felt very confident in his knowledge of roofing and had him replace all the screws on both of my roofs. He sent his crew out two days later and they managed to do the whole job in one day. Great job Blake And High And Tight Roofing-Blake.
